Qui, i pasticceri iniziarono probabilmente ad aggiungere mele e a sostituire le noci con i pinoli, portando a diverse trasformazioni nella ricetta base. Nel\u00a0 VI secolo, inoltre, si inizia ad utilizzare la pasta fillo turca e nasce la cosiddetta <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cpasta matta\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pi\u00f9 di un secolo dopo, con la conquista dell\u2019Ungheria da parte dell\u2019Austria nel 1699, lo strudel viene gustato nei salotti aristocratici viennesi, trasformandosi da un semplice fine pasto ad una pietanza nobile (anche grazie all\u2019aggiunta di uvetta macerata nel liquore).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section preparare lo strudel alle mele, metti l&#8217;uvetta in ammollo in acqua per almeno 15 minuti. Nel frattempo, sciogli 30 g di burro in una padella e aggiungi il pangrattato, facendolo dorare e mescolando frequentemente. Tosta i pinoli in un&#8217;altra padella e mettili da parte. Sbuccia le mele, tagliale in quarti e affettale sottilmente.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trasferisci le fettine di mele in una ciotola, aggiungi il succo di limone filtrato, i pinoli tostati, l&#8217;uvetta ammollata e scolata, lo zucchero di canna e la cannella. Cospargi con il pangrattato, lasciando un margine ai bordi. Distribuisci le fettine di mele sulla pasta e chiudi formando uno strudel, piegando i bordi laterali e sigillando bene. Avvolgi lo strudel con la carta forno e rovescia il tutto su una leccarda.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mescola il tuorlo con il latte e spennella la superficie dello strudel.
